Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TalkAloud, operated by GREAT LEAP Services Private Limited, NH Bypass, Puthiya Road Junction, Kochi, Kerala 682028, India ("TalkAloud", "we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using TalkAloud, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you're setting up a workspace for a business, on behalf of that business.
The service
TalkAloud is a sales CRM: lead capture, Contact and Company records, a configurable sales pipeline, proposals, nurture sequences, social engagement tracking, partner referral management, and reporting, delivered as a hosted, multi-tenant web application.
Accounts & workspaces
Each business using TalkAloud operates inside its own workspace, isolated from every other workspace at the database level. The person who creates a workspace is its owner and is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, for who they invite into the workspace, and for complying with these terms. You must be able to form a binding contract to use TalkAloud, and you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Plans & early access
TalkAloud is currently in early access. There is a free tier to get started, and no finalized paid plans or pricing exist yet. If and when paid plans launch, we'll give existing workspaces reasonable notice before any charge applies to them, and nothing in these terms obligates you to a plan or price that hasn't been disclosed to you directly.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use TalkAloud for any unlawful purpose, or to store or transmit content you don't have the right to use.
- Attempt to access another workspace's data, bypass workspace isolation, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without authorization.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service, except where applicable law gives you that right despite this restriction.
- Use the service to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) or to violate the terms of any third-party platform you connect through an integration (Meta, Google, etc.).
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, or any other workspace's use of it.
Your data
Whatever you and your workspace put into TalkAloud — your leads, Contacts, Companies, Opportunities, Proposals, and related records — is yours. We process it to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we don't claim ownership of it. You're responsible for having the right to store and process the customer and contact data you put into your workspace, including under any data-protection law that applies to you.
Third-party integrations
TalkAloud can connect to third-party platforms (Meta Lead Ads, Google Ads, Google Business Profile) that you explicitly authorize. Your use of those platforms through TalkAloud is also subject to their own terms. We're not responsible for how those third-party platforms operate, and connecting one doesn't make us a party to your relationship with them.
Availability
TalkAloud is under active, early-stage development. We aim to keep the service available and your data safe, but during this early-access period we don't guarantee a specific uptime commitment. We'll do our best to give notice of planned maintenance that could cause downtime.
Termination
You can stop using TalkAloud and request deletion of your workspace at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate a workspace that violates these terms, with notice where practical. On termination, your workspace's data is deleted per the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
TalkAloud is provided "as is," especially during this early-access period, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkAloud and its operator aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any dispute-resolution process the parties agree to in writing, the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms. [Confirm this venue, and whether you want an arbitration clause instead, with counsel.]
Changes to these terms
If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of TalkAloud after a change means you accept the updated terms.
